Willow Springs Farm is a 3rd generation farm, currently operating as a dairy farm while also working to build a beef business. Lamar has run the dairy for more than 30 years with his son-in-law, Adam joining him in 2022. Adam’s passion is beef cattle and when they discovered the wagyu breed it seemed to be the best road to pursue. After visiting a wagyu farm and trying wagyu cross meat for the first time the whole family was hooked!
We are slowly building a wagyu beef herd alongside our dairy cows, planning to offer both purebred wagyu and wagyu cross beef to the public. our mission is to provide high quality meat directly from our farm to your table. We look forward to making you our next happy customer!
